Using miiWine

miiWine helps visitors discover South African wineries and lets authorised winery representatives manage their listings. Directory information is provided for general guidance; visitors should confirm opening hours, availability, pricing and accessibility directly with a winery before travelling.

Listings and claims

Only an authorised representative may claim a winery. Claiming does not guarantee publication, verification or a paid service. We may review, edit for clarity, decline, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, infringe rights or do not meet directory standards.

Winery responsibilities

Winery users must keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, obtain permission for published contact details and links, and tell us promptly when a representative no longer has authority. Submitted updates may be moderated before appearing publicly.

Fees and payments

Where a paid plan is offered, its current price, billing cycle and payment terms are presented before checkout. Payments are processed by PayFast. A subscription can be cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan and consumer-protection requirements; details will be supplied when paid plans are activated.

Intellectual property

miiWine branding, interface and original directory content belong to miiWine or its licensors. Winery names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy, scrape, resell or misuse the directory without written permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, miiWine is not responsible for third-party websites, winery services, bookings, purchases, travel decisions or information supplied by third parties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continuing to use miiWine after a change means the updated terms apply. Questions or notices should be sent to the miiWine team through the relevant winery account or support channel.
